Regular exterior window cleaning is at the heart of what we do. We use purified water and an extending pole so your windows dry spotless, usually without the use of soap or chemicals. Frames, sills and doors are cleaned on every visit.

Our powerful gutter vacuum can easily clear moss, leaves and weeds, with ladders rarely needed. A pole-mounted camera shows us every gutter, and you get to see the before and after photos.

Arby Window Cleaning is owned and operated by me, Rob Barker. I'm based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire and offer a range of domestic and commercial exterior cleaning services.

I have lived in Oxfordshire for over 25 years and have been based in Kidlington since 2012. I take my tea with two sugars (three if it's raining!).

We offer one-off visits for larger jobs, such as gutter clearing and conservatory, fascia and solar panel cleaning. For one-off window cleaning, please feel free to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Every home is unique and that's why we always prefer to quote in person. We'll factor in parking, access and any safety issues such as overhead cables. We can advise on how well any awkward windows can be cleaned and discuss issues such as leaks or fragile windows. It also means that every customer gets to meet Rob in person.
Yes. We quote in person so the price is accurate, there's no charge or obligation, and the quote is valid for 90 days.
Rob works alone so you'll never have a stranger arriving to clean. From quotation stage through to every clean, you'll meet just one person throughout the process.
We filter water through a multi-stage system until all minerals are removed. Pure water lifts dirt and dries without spots or streaks, so we don't need soap or chemicals where we can avoid them. More about window cleaning.
The short answer is yes! As we use pure water to clean, rain won't affect the finish and providing it's not raining too heavily, we'll visit as normal.
Most of our customers pay by bank transfer. We leave a card at the end of each clean with our payment details.
Yes. We hold £5 million public liability insurance, and full risk assessments are available on request for commercial customers.
